Overview
Council holds regular meetings of its Ordinary Meetings, Trustee Meetings, Committee Meetings, and may from time to time call a Special Meeting.
Ordinary and Trustee Meetings are held monthly both virtually (online) and in Community. Members of the public are welcome to attend Ordinary (and Special) Meetings or watch online via our YouTube Channel.
Any changes to meetings dates, times or locations will be advertised on this page. Notice of Special Meetings will also be advertised on this page. Advisory Committee meetings are also held regularly but are not open to the public..
Deputation requests must be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer via email: CEO@tsirc.qld.gov.au and are required at least two weeks prior to the meeting.

Trustee Meetings will commence at 9:00am with Council’s Ordinary Meeting to follow immediately after. Please note dates and locations may change.

Culture, Arts, Land and Heritage Advisory Committee
The Strategic Action Reference Group (SARG) Standing Committee is effective from 24 July 2024 and advises Council on its overall strategic direction.
The Committee is comprised of the following members:

The SARG Standing Committee meets every two months in accordance with its Terms of Reference.
