Our Work
Asset Maintenance
We manage an asset base exceeding $2.2 billion, encompassing infrastructure, corporate buildings, and recreational facilities.
Building
Our Building Services Unit manages the maintenance of social housing and buildings across our communities.
Housing
Our housing team manages all aspects of housing tenancy.
Native Title
We work alongside key organisations and department on matters relating to native title.
Land Management
We are the trustee of the Deed of Grant in Trust (DOGIT) for most land within the TSIRC footprint. As a trustee we can enter licence agreements for use of land and buildings and grant leases for land, buildings, housing, business and infrastructure.
