Biosecurity declaration form

The Torres Strait islands are currently free from many pests and weeds which are widespread on the mainland. It is vitally important to protect island communities and ecosystems by stopping further spread of pest and weeds to the Torres Strait. To ensure you meet your General Biosecurity Obligation under the Queensland Biosecurity Act 2014, you will need to complete this Biosecurity Declaration as evidence that your freight is free of pests and weeds.
