BSU Trade Team Together on Poruma
Recently, the Building Services Unit (BSU) hosted a successful workshop on Poruma, bringing together all BSU trade staff for the first time in several years. The workshop provided an important opportunity for the team to connect, reflect and plan for the future.
During the workshop, the team reviewed their performance, discussed business direction and key priorities and explored ways to strengthen service delivery across our communities. Another key focus of the workshop was enhancing the use of Mango, TSIRC’s safety management system, to ensure consistent and efficient safety practices across all worksites.
The gathering was not only about business improvement but also about strengthening teamwork and collaboration. Having the entire trade team together in one place allowed for valuable conversations and sharing experiences to keep delivering quality outcomes for our communities.
To close the event, the BSU team enjoyed a meal with the Poruma community and expressed appreciation for their hospitality.
Overall, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with both the team and youmpla community.
