TSIRC Completes First Phase of Payroll Upgrade

The Finance Department is pleased to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of TSIRC’s payroll system upgrade. This significant milestone reflects our efforts to modernise and improve internal systems that support our people.
This achievement follows months of behind-the-scenes work, including rigorous system testing and careful preparation to ensure a smooth transition. Our new payroll team, who joined TSIRC in 2024, hit the ground immediately taking on the challenge of testing and refining the new payroll platform to meet the needs of the organisation.
In April 2025, the new payroll system successfully went live without any material issues, marking a seamless transition to a more efficient and reliable payroll process. This achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the payroll team -Payroll Coordinator Steve Eustace and Payroll Officer Adelle Wernert- supported closely by Financial Operations Accountant Lesley Collins and a committed project support team.
