Our budget for the year ahead delivers for our 15 Torres Strait Island communities today, while planning for a sustainable tomorrow.

This year we’re investing in our 15 Torres Strait Island communities with:

• $59.6M Capital Works Program

• $79.5M Operational Spending

Our priorities this year include upgrading roads, restoration works to combat coastal erosion, and upgrades to housing and childcare facilities.
