Gearing Up for 2025: New Vehicles Ready to Roll!

The Building Services Unit (BSU) is hitting the ground running this year with a major upgrade to its fleet!

A team from across the region recently travelled to Cairns to fit out nine new vehicles and one 2-tonne tipper truck, each fully equipped with toolboxes, high-pressure jetters, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and PPE.  

These additions will boost our on-ground teams’ ability to deliver essential building repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently.   

With the vehicles set to arrive in the community over the coming month, our team is eager to put them to work, continuing our commitment to ‘improving the liveability of our communities’. Stay tuned for updates as the fleet hits the road!
